Coach Bill Thom: This drill is four men passing their lane. So, what we're going to do is work independently of one another. The two nearest you will be working as a group, and the two on the far side will be working as a group.

We're just going to work on chest pass down and back. Ready? Go. Down to the foul line and back. Now we're going to work on a bounce pass out of the same drill. Four lines, running your lanes, and bounce pass. Ready? Go. The ball should be two-thirds of the way from where you're passing it; it should be coming up nice and soft. Let's go again. Good, stop.
