Sasha Vujacic, NBA guard: Hey guys, it's me again. So, if you're a gym rat like I am, and you're alone in the gym every single day, then there are some drills you can do by yourself. I'm going to show you my favorite ones, and I think they really help me out with my behind-the-back passing.

So, the important thing with this drill is that you're trying not to move your feet as much as you should probably. What comes with that, is that when you're hitting your target, your ball is coming straight back to your hand. So, if you do that, that means you are advanced and can do some other drills, which will come with the next episode.
