What is PlaySportsTV?
PlaySportsTV is the No. 1 sports instructional content website for coaches, parents and youth athletes. Our library covers 18 major and emerging sports, and consists of thousands of video drills and tips, articles, and premium training products featuring experts and top coaches.
Does it cost anything to access the PlaySportsTV library?
It is free to sample all of our sport-specific libraries of video drills and tips, articles and playlists. We also offer premium Training Plans in select sports, which are available on a subscription basis and in DVD format.
What system requirements are required to view videos on the PlaySportsTV website?
- Adobe Flash Player 7.0+ plug-in
- Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed
- Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
- Firefox 1.1+, Internet Explorer 5.0+, or Safari 1.0+
- Broadband connection with 500+ Kbps
I’m having streaming issues and/or problems with video playback. How can I fix this?
Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, it’s possible that you may be receiving a stream that is either too high or too low for optimal video playback. All of our videos are encoded in multiple bitrates, and you can choose which stream works best for you. Simply right-click anywhere on the video playback window and a menu dialog window will appear. In that window, there will be a variety of bitrates available for you to choose from. Select either a higher or lower bitrate stream and resume playback. We recommend trying a few different bitrates to ensure optimum playback quality. If the problem persists, please contact us.
How do I report a technical problem with the site?

Can I watch PlaySportsTV videos in full-screen mode?
Absolutely. To watch any video in full-screen mode, click on the icon at the bottom right corner of the video player.
Can I advertise on PlaySportsTV.com and/or run PlaySportsTV ads on my website?
Yes! We are always looking to create new advertising relationships with online partners that share our vision and passion for sports. Is there a way to put PlaySportsTV content directly on my website?
We don't currently allow subscribers to embed videos.
I want to know when new content is added to PlaySportsTV. Is this possible?
Of course, to grab an RSS feed for our videos/articles in a particular sports, click on the “subscribe” button at the bottom of our video player/article pages. If you’d like to receive content alerts and discounts across one or multiple sports via email you can opt-in for messaging on any of our Embed or Subscribe forms.

I never received my confirmation email after purchasing. What should I do?
Once you've purchased a plan, an auto-generated email from PlaySportsTV.com will be sent to the email address that you entered during the purchase process. Keep in mind that it can take a few minutes for your transaction to register in our system. Make sure that PlaySportsTV.com is an approved sender within your email account and not blocked by a spam filter. If you still don't receive your confirmation email, please contact us for assistance.
I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?
First, make sure you are using the correct login information. After purchasing a plan, you should have received an email from PlaySportsTV containing an auto-generated username and password. These can be changed once you sign in to My Account for the first time. Second, remember that both the username and password fields are case-sensitive. If you are still having problems signing in, please contact us for assistance.
I forgot my username or password.
No problem. Your username is simply the email address that you used during registration.
If you forgot your password, visit the Login page and select I forgot my password to have your information re-sent to you via email.
How do I change my username and/or password?
To change your Username or Password, sign in to My Account and click on Account Profile.
Your new password will be activated once changes are saved.
To change your username, please use the Contact link in My Account, as this involves verifying the email address you use with your account. We will need to verify this change before it can become active.
How long will my subscription last?
Many sport-specific Training Plan subscriptions include a standard 90-day season pass to the plan that you've purchased. We've designed all of our plans to match the length of a typical youth season. Plans can be renewed for subsequent terms at a discounted rate. We also offer access to all of the libraries for an entire year at a heavily discounted price.
How do I renew my subscription?
Good question. Ten days before your subscription is set to expire, you will receive an automated email from PlaySportsTV.com with the option to renew your current subscription at a discounted price.
Can I purchase Training Plans for my entire team/league?
Yes. While you may not share an individual subscription with others, we offer special discounted rates for teams, leagues and other organizations that are interested in purchasing multiple plans. Inquire here to receive more information.
I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still purchase a plan?
Of course! You can purchase a plan through PayPal using any major credit card without having to create a PayPal account.
My credit card bill says “ChalkTalk Media, Inc.” What's this?
PlaySportsTV is a division of ChalkTalk Media, Inc.
Can I watch Training Plan videos in full-screen mode?
Absolutely. To watch any video in full-screen mode, click on the icon at the bottom right corner of the video player.
Are Training Plan videos downloadable?
We don't currently allow subscribers to download videos from our Training Plans. Videos from purchased plans can be streamed online 24/7 for the duration of the subscription. Many Training Plans also are offered in DVD format.
Can I embed Training Plan videos on my team website?
We don't currently allow subscribers to embed videos from our Training Plans.
Can I suggest topics for new Training Plans?
