Miguel Brunengo: I think it is very important to warm-up before we start training, so we're going to do some basic stuff, basically run back and forth, loosen up every part of our bodies before we start playing with the ball. Nice and easy to loosen up, give yourselves some space. All right now when we go, nice and easy we touch our knees, nice and easy, not too high. And jog back. Nice and easy going, let's touch our heels, not to high, nice and easy. All right, that's good and jog back. Going back nice and easy, two steps to the left, two steps to the right, nice and easy, on your own. Good job, good job. And jog back.

All right, we're going to go with a little hop, nice and easy with your arms, nice and easy with your arms. And jog back. It's very important to warm up to get the blood flowing on the kids because we don't want players to get hurt, pull a muscle or not be ready to play. So this is very important to do different types of warming up and get them ready to play.
