Carlos Restrepo: I will show you the double arm bars. This move is typically used to pin the opponent. Once you've got this locked up, there's pretty much no way out of it, it's pretty painful and you are usually going to get the pin when you start this move. Starting from the referee's position here, what I'm going to do is my simple near arm chop, knee in the butt, OK, once I chop, knee in the butt, I secure the arm that I chop, OK, and I start applying pressure forward. This is going to cause the other wrestler to use his arm to brace up.
Once he braces up, I can go for the other arm and scoop it up. Once I have both arms scooped, I want to proceed to locking my hands. Right here, there is no need to rush, what I want to do here is open his chest up by pulling him back and sliding my hip underneath. Notice what I did, I pulled him up and I sat through here.
Now what I want to do is high leg over and start driving him, over, over, over to here, where I catch my pin. I continue to keep everything tight, once both of his shoulder blades have touched, the referee is going to slap the mat and award me the pin.
