What is PlaySportsTV?
PlaySportsTV is the leading online destination for youth sports coaching and instruction specifically for coaches, parents and athletes. Our instructional content covers 18 major and emerging youth sports, and consists of over 3,000 video drills, tips, and training plans featuring players, trainers, sports experts and top coaches.
Does it cost anything to access the PlaySportsTV library?
Yes. While it’s free to sample any of our great training videos, you do need to be a subscriber to have full access to the on-line materials. For one low monthly fee, you get 24/7 access to all of our training videos in 18 different sports. In addition, all of the content is optimized for mobile, so subscribers can watch the content anywhere at any time!
What system requirements are required to view videos on the PlaySportsTV website?
I’m having streaming issues and/or problems with video playback. How can I fix this?
Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, it’s possible that you may be receiving a stream that is either too high or too low for optimal video playback. All of our videos are encoded in multiple bitrates, and you can choose which stream works best for you. Simply right-click anywhere on the video playback window and a menu dialog window will appear. In that window, there will be a variety of bitrates available for you to choose from. Select either a higher or lower bitrate stream and resume playback. We recommend trying a few different bitrates to ensure optimum playback quality. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Can I watch PlaySportsTV videos in full-screen mode?
Absolutely. To watch any video in full-screen mode, click on the icon at the bottom right corner of the video player.
I never received my confirmation email after purchasing. What should I do?
Once you've purchased a plan, an auto-generated email from PlaySportsTV.com will be sent to the email address that you entered during the purchase process. Keep in mind that it can take a few minutes for your transaction to register in our system. Make sure that PlaySportsTV.com is an approved sender within your email account and not blocked by a spam filter. If you still don't receive your confirmation email, please contact us for assistance.
I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?
First, make sure you are using the correct login information. After purchasing a plan, you should have received an email from PlaySportsTV containing an auto-generated username and password if you did not create one during the sign-up process. These can be changed once you sign in to My Account for the first time. Second, remember that both the username and password fields are case-sensitive. If you are still having problems signing in, please contact us for assistance.
I forgot my username or password.
No problem. Your username is simply the email address that you used during registration.
If you forgot your password, visit the Login page and select I forgot my password to have your information re-sent to you via email.
How do I change my username and/or password?
To change your Username or Password, sign in to My Account and click on Account Profile.
Your new password will be activated once changes are saved.
To change your username, please use the Contact link in My Account, as this involves verifying the email address you use with your account. We will need to verify this change before it can become active.
How long will my subscription last?
You can purchase monthly or annual subscriptions to PlaySportsTV. There's no obligation and you can cancel anytime with the monthly plan.
How do I renew my subscription?
Good question. Once you are a subscriber, you'll be automatically renewed every month.
My credit card bill says “ChalkTalk Media, Inc.” What's this?
PlaySportsTV is a division of ChalkTalk Media, Inc.
My season's over and I'd like to suspend or cancel my subscription. What should I do?
We totally understand the seasonal nature of youth sports. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the word “suspend” or "cancel" in the subject line and we'll promptly change your subscription status, effective at the end of that monthly billing cycle. If you choose to suspend your subscription, we’ll save all of your information in the system and when a new season starts, you just reactivate your subscription and are ready to roll. (Not applicable to Annual Plans.)
Can I purchase Training Plans for my entire team/league?
Yes. While you may not share an individual subscription with others, we offer special discounted rates for teams, leagues and other organizations that are interested in purchasing multiple plans. Inquire here to receive more information.
How do I pay for PlaySportsTV products?
We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Are PlaySportsTV products downloadable?
We don't currently allow subscribers to download videos. Videos can be streamed online 24/7 for the duration of the subscription. Many of our products are also offered in DVD format.
Is there a way to put PlaySportsTV content directly on my website?
We don't currently allow subscribers to embed videos but we do work directly with teams, leagues, and major sports organizations to develop customized training centers that can reside directly on a particular site. Inquire here to receive more information.
Can I suggest topics for new Training Plans?
Yes, we're always looking to create new content featuring the best coaches and players. Feel free to contact us if you have any ideas on how we can improve our training video selection in a particular sport.
