The Hitch Shot

Matt Danowski demonstrates how to use a hitch or shot fake in this video. A hitch is a great way to freeze a defenseman and enable an attackman to free himself up for an open shot. As Matt explains, this move works in youth lacrosse or in Major League Lacrosse.
